The Lawrence County Solid Waste District does not accept electronics for recycling.

 However, there are other options for disposal of these items. Please see the list below.

GOODWILL stores will accept electronics through the DELL ReConnect Partnership in any condition for recycling. NON WORKING OR WORKING ELECTRONICS ARE ACCEPTED AT GOODWILL! The only item Goodwill will not accept is any type of television or computer monitor.

  • Stereo/home AV equipment
  • Alkaline batteries
  • Rechargeable batteries larger than 12 pounds
